Task a nd Responsibilities:
1. Strong Market Experience. 1. follow up Maintenance contracts and Services.
2. Follow up the products and services and get service contracts from clients.
3. Develop leads, calls on prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and educate customers about the necessity of having maintenance contracts.
4. Assist the sales organization with the procurement of additional new business. Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and clearly communicate these to customers. Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
5. Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.
6. Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
7. Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
