Salesman required Full Time

Salary details : 300 KD + Incentives

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in sales, with a focus on food and non-food products.
• Industry: Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), retail, or related sectors preferred.
• Preferred articles: 18 & 20.
• Valid driving license and car: Valid license of any (light/heavy). Must have car of any type this is just for your commute purposes from bakala to bakala.
• Preferred language : Arabic (Clear communication is mandatory, but need not to be fluent)

Job responsibilities & KPIs: ( Sales Executive)
• Coverage : Visit Min 40 groceries per day.
• Sales target: Achieve Min of 25k sales so you could be incentivized.
• Sales KPIs: Eligible for performance-based incentives upon achieving KPIs I.e.,

Active customer, repeat customers, orders & AOV.(Average Order Value)
• Reporting: Daily report to sales head.
