Organizing necessary meetings, planning events, developing a long term schedule. Conduct any research the executive needs. Solving Problems. Communicate between the executive and employees. Handling correspondence in English and Arabic language. Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to intended departments. Perform general clerical duties. Receive incoming documents and distribute them to the concerned personnel, departments. Receive outgoing documents and send them to intended locations using the appropriate methods of dispatches. Excellent skill in English and Arabic languages (Speak, read and write). IT Skill (Ms Office). Organization, time Management, and the ability to multitask. Communication, team working and initiative. Maintenance of all office files and documents in good organization. Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
