Urgent opening at an international firm for a 5-6 years experienced Secretary with the following aptitudes:
– Well spoken English
– Should have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook
– Able to manage email database along with screening and filing of emails electronically.
– Typing, taking dictations and preparing email drafts and reports
– Providing administrative support to one or more managers
– Effectively communicating with colleagues -Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate
– Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
– Regular stock checks of office stationary
– Other relevant responsibilities as may be required
– Having knowledge of legal terminology (added advantage)
– Should have a valid Kuwait transferable work residency
– Should be able to join immediately
