Senior Accountant required Full Time

Basic Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years of accounting experience is required. Proficient in accounting software ODOO (preferable) and MS Excel.

Mandatory Requirements:-

Job Description:
1. Maintaining book keeping, filling, journal entries, ledgers & trial balance.
2. Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
3. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
4. Demonstrates strong technical accounting skills.
5. Allocation of various expenses among business units, groups & cost centers. 6. Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve the issues on timely basis.
7. Reconciliation of Suppliers, Customers Balances.
8. Understanding of Accrual and Prepayments accounting.
9. Monthly preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
10. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
11. Knowledge of creating purchase orders and inventory functions.
12. Updating Daily reports like Daily Collection Report and reconcile with Bank and System
13. Preparing and maintain Petty Cash expenses in excel and record in ERP.
14. Assisting with annual audit preparations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
