RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Completion of all Time and Attendance related inputs (i.e. Present/absent days, OT hours etc.) are provided to HQO for processing payroll of concerned employees.
• Additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting authority. He shall also strive to continuously adopt and implement contemporary practices and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the role and responsibilities of the position.
• 5 years’ experience in managing HR and Administration at operation/project sites of an Engineering/other Organization Kuwait.
• Maintain proper Employee Updating list.
• Monitor the attrition rates, absenteeism, utilization, and training of teams.
• Build and streamline SOP’s for process efficiency improvements.
• Handle behavioural and disciplinary issues. Manage and resolve conflicts within the team members.
• Setup infrastructure and manpower planning and recruitment for growth and expansion requirements.
• Could be expected to lead on projects related to administrative initiatives.
• Prepare attendance report.
• Day and night shift tool box verification. • Write letters and emails on behalf of the manager.
• Leave/Timesheet management.
QUALITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• EXCELLENT command of Spoken and written English(Fluent)
• Can cope with flexible hours
• Reliability and honesty.
• Work under stress.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to accept and understand instructions.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Maximum age 40.
