About Us: We are a leading company in the Food & Beverage industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Storekeeper – Purchasing to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability for daily operations.
Coordinate and oversee purchasing activities, including vendor communication and order placement. Receive and inspect goods to ensure quality and accuracy of delivered items. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies. Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to maintain product quality. Collaborate with other departments to meet purchasing and inventory needs. Requirements: Proven experience in storekeeping or purchasing, preferably in the F&B industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
