System Analyst – Logistics Sector required Full Time

✅ Position Title: System Analyst – Logistics Sector

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze logistics operations and identify system improvement opportunities.
• Customize and manage ERP systems to support shipping, inventory, and delivery workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily system issues for operations, drivers, and reception counters.
• Ensure ERP security profiles and user roles are properly configured and maintained.
• Generate system reports and dashboards to support logistics and financial teams.
• Train new employees on ERP usage and system updates.
• Monitor system data related to shipments, storage, and inventory transfers.
• Coordinate with government systems (e.g., Kuwait Post, IPS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow up on issues raised via Al Sheraa customer mobile applications.
• Prepare regular reports for internal departments and ministry requirements.

📌 Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system analysis or ERP support, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., Exceed, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.

🕒 Working Conditions:
• Full-time position based in Kuwait.
• Occasional presence required at operational or warehouse sites.
• Available to handle urgent system issues when necessary.
