Preferred Technical skills:
• experience in windows and VMware setup
• good network experience (configuring VLANs assign the ports to the VLANs) etc.
• good experience in security appliance (firewall etc.)
• knowledge managing exchange server
• must be experienced end-user support and customer handling Establishes and maintains network performance.
• Builds net configurations and connections.
• Troubleshoots network problems.
• IP address auditing.

Good communication skills:

Ability to perform after hours or weekend work related to the customer’s environment.
