System Engineers/ Engineers wanted Full Time

Job Qualification/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer /Electronics /Electrical /Instrumentation /Telecom /IT/ Information System/Comp. Science with min. 6 yrs experience of which 4 yrs of experience must be working in Oil & Gas Telecom Infrastructure. (or)
2. Diploma in Computer / Electronics /Electrical /Instrumentation /Telecom /IT/Information System/ Comp. Science with min. 12 yrs experience of which 4 yrs of experience must be working in Oil & Gas Telecom Infrastructure.
3. Experience in survey, planning, budgeting, contracts, business case development, change management and vendor management.
4. Experience in network planning, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment.
5. Experience in network performance analysis and use of test equipment.
6. Good communication and report drafting skills are essential.
7. Experience in implementation/deployment of large turnkey telecom projects. 8. Strong team management and decision-making skills.
9. Proficient in MS-Project, MS- Visio.

Job Description/ Responsibilities: –
1. Upgrade of existing Telecom Network.
2. Technical Reports, Technical Specification & Contract Documents preparation.
3. New Technologies study and introduction and the like.
4. Assisting Company personnel in Planning, design and expansion of Transmission and access network.
5. Study of project documentation and correspondence.
6. Network performance monitoring and reporting.
7. Optimization of Transmission and Access Network.
8. Performing requirement analysis, configuration, integration and testing for the implementation project.
9. Provisioning of new Telecom Services.
10. Provisioning of operational assistance, problem identification, and resolution.
11. Proactive communication concerning status of problems/issues.
12. Ensuring problems/ issues are systematically tracked.
