Technical Analyst Needed Full Time

• Assisting Engineers in analyzing contracts; generate reports, formulate technical data/ specification, project planning, and other related technical works.
• Ensuring the process and Data Integrity, and manages the application, workflow, and its modification request, changes or new updates and escalate to the appropriate governing teams.
• Assisting the system, unit and user acceptance testing cycle for contracts module.
• Assisting the bidding and accurately document problems and actions taken to resolve the problem, including follow-up, root cause analysis and reporting.
• Assisting the administration of Passwords within the Security Sub-system for access to relevant functions in the e-Business web portal, for the online bidders.
• Guidance, comprehensive training and answering queries to the bidders in all bid submission lifecycle in Maximo – e beams System.
• Maintaining confidential files/ technical records /technical inventories etc.
• Updating Project Management Software with the progress of Works and Services as per the deliverables.
