1. Position Title : Technical Assistant
• Shall report to Superintendent”s Representative, and shall prepare reports for typing, input data on computers, and perform clerical office duties.
• Receives and logs telephonic and other messages and instructions and communicates the same to the right person. Be capable of group communication to the said objectives.
• Carry out typing (using word processors), preparation of reports, etc.
• Dispatch all forms of communication (i.e. memos, request, etc.)
• Assist in data collection for preparation of reports.
• University Degree or Secondary Education School Certificate plus 2 year diploma or certified course in computer operation and have Six (6) years’ experience in clerical works.
• Must be well acquainted in using PC”s and Software released by Microsoft (i.e. Windows, Excel, etc.).
• Making PowerPoint presentations
• Entering the data in –EBEAMS/Maximo.
• Operating on EBEAMS/Maximo
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Must be able to type at least 30-40 words per minute.
• Must be well experienced in working with Data Base programs & soft wares
2. Position Title – Data Entry Clerk
• Correspondence in English.
• General Clerical and Administrative Office Works, material management system for stores i.e. Typing, Filing, data entering, etc.
• Shall receive calls from Company Employees / Users.
• Must keep record of all meetings, minutes of meetings and present them when required.
• Must organize meetings and arrange appointments with different Company and Contractor representatives
JOB KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
• Must have a Secondary Education Plus 2 year Diploma with a minimum of six (6) years experience as a receptionist or similar works.
• Must have good experience in Reception and Public Relations works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be fluent in both Written and Spoken English and Arabic.
