Urgently requires Ticketing Staffs who has the following skills:
Knowledge and experience in travel booking platform – Galileo or Amadeus
Excellent customer service skills
Experience min. 2 years in Ticketing field

Responsibilities :
– As a ticketing staff, you will be responsible for answering phone, booking ticket or hotel reservation for customers by GDS system
– Followup and solve the issue if any
