We are looking for Travel Consultant (Ticketing Staff) with at least 5 to 8 years’ experience in Kuwait market. Roles and Responsibilities: As a ticketing staff, you will be responsible for answering the phone, booking ticket or hotel reservation for customers by GDS system. Provide ticketing for the customer and making every component of a trip as seamless as possible. Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances. Be responsive to customers ‘needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up.
Skills: Knowledge and experience of all aspects of Galileo. Excellent customer service skills, Experience in Issue, Reissue, EMD’s. Knowledge of world geography and major carrier networks to facilitate quick itinerary planning. Proficient in MS Office applications i.e., word and excel. Strong verbal and written English language skills. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage. Place-Jleeb Al shuwaikh Office Timings 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and 4.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
