• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all government formalities ensuring all employees and the company & its subsidiaries always remain legalized in line with local labour laws and ministerial regulations.
• Process all formalities pertaining to Visa/Work permits, Residence transfer, Civil ID, operational licenses, Insurance, vehicle permits & registrations, in all relevant ministries & government offices as applicable.
• Follow up with Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, Public Authority of Civil Information, Traffic department, Immigration and other Governmental organizations on the status of the applications submitted.
• Remain updated on all changes and amendments announced by ministries/government agencies affecting the business and communicate to management promptly.
• Escort any employee for any government related work if required.
• Prepare and update list of the licenses due for renewal and ensure related procedures are completed on time.
• Ensure timely payment of all due fees on time to ministries as necessary and ensure submission of receipts to Finance department.
• Deliver documents from ministries to relevant departments as required.
• Maintain good relations with various officials at all ministries and government agencies, critical to the business operations.
• Maintain highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, and integrity.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of strong working experience of all activities, documentation procedures & approval procedures at all ministries & legal entities.
• Sound knowledge of employment & commercial rules and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
• Proficient in MS- Office suites and drafting letters and reports.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & complete tasks on time.
