A start up company requires a FMCG – Operations Manager to join immediately with 5-10 yrs experience.

Oversee daily operational activities within the FMCG division ensuring efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.

Coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance departments. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports. Manage operational budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to achieve operational goals.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control measures. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity.
