Wanted Quantity Controller/Document Clerk Full Time

Our Client, an International Telecommunications Company in Kuwait is currently recruiting for Executive Quality Control.

Job Title :
Executive Quality Control

Client : Telecommunications Company
Contract Duration : 8 to 10 months
Type of Hire : Contract Hire (Brunel)
Work Location : Kuwait City
Salary : KD 250/- Gross per month

Role Purpose:
• Responsible for Quality checking customer contracts received from Warehouse and Segregate SAF as per provided list ensuring they are correct and complete in accordance to Company requirements and rules.

Responsibilities:

Contract Quality Control
• Check a targeted number of customer contracts that are received from Warehouse and use a list to ensure that all relevant information are available and is included.
• Separate contracts that are not belong to provided list and re-index to Pegasus.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation on received vs destroy & re-index.

Scan
• Scan segregated Prepaid SAF’s before destroying as per assigned date & Job

Shred
• Shred segregated destroy SAF’s & ensuring they are correct and complete in accordance to Company requirements and rules.

Education:
• Diploma in business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
