WAREHOUSE & PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR NEEDED Full Time

For a Leading Catering Group, we are hiring Purchasing Officer.
Qualification – Any Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 5- 7 Year of Experience in F&B Visa – 18 (Transferable)
• Oversee warehouse and procurement operations.
• Manage purchasing processes and vendor negotiations.
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide training.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize management.
• Analyze inventory, demand, and procurement performance trends.
• Negotiate and evaluate supplier contracts and performance.
• Coordinate stock replenishment.
• Maintain storage standards and ensure a safe environment.
• Process purchase orders and onboard new vendors.
• Resolve vendor disputes and foster supplier relationships.
• Develop procurement strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement best practices in sourcing and sustainable procurement.
• Monitor and manage procurement risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and comply with all procurement/storage policies.

• Salary range 500-600 KD
