Warehouse Team Lead required Full Time

A General Trading Company specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Oil Field Accessories, located in Al Rai, is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. •Guide and supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
•Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock organization and labelling.
•Assist in conducting regular stock counts and resolving any discrepancies.
•Enforce adherence to safety protocols and warehouse procedures among team members.
•Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and other departments to streamline operations.

Basic Requirements:
•Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in warehouse or inventory management are a plus.
•Experience: 3+ years in warehouse operations, with experience in a leadership role preferred.
•Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
