Workshop Manager required Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our workshop, ensuring efficient maintenance, repair, and servicing of hydraulic equipment, rotating equipment, and other workshop activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven leadership skills to manage teams and deliver high-quality work in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop operations, including repairs, maintenance, and overhauls of hydraulic and rotating equipment.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with industry standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and workshop resources.
• Allocate work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues for equipment under maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hydraulic equipment, rotating machinery, and general workshop operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, quality control, and safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
