HR Manager Needed Full Time

We are hiring HR Manager, preferably with hospital working experience. Available in Kuwait with transferable residency # 18.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations and mediate conflicts.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems used in healthcare settings.
