Job description will include the below:

1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B, retail, e-commerce). Oversee key account management and relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.

2. Marketing & Brand Positioning
Work closely with the marketing team to position the brand in the market. Develop promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness. Analyze consumer trends and adjust product offerings accordingly. Nn

3. Financial & Revenue Management
Set and monitor sales targets, revenue, and profitability goals. Develop pricing strategies considering costs, market demand, and competition. Optimize budgets for sales and marketing initiatives.

4. Product & Market Expansion
Oversee product innovation and launches to meet customer preferences. Expand into new markets (local and international). Ensure competitive positioning through packaging, pricing, and quality standards.

5. Supply Chain & Distribution Strategy
Collaborate with logistics and procurement to ensure product availability. Optimize distribution channels to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage supplier relationships to maintain consistent quality.

6. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and develop the sales and marketing teams. Set KPIs and performance metrics for teams and individuals. Foster a high-performance culture within the commercial department.

7. Market & Competitive Analysis
