We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive with strong expertise in employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on HR experience and a proven ability to drive efficient people processes while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, and exit processes
-Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
-Maintain HR policies, documentation, and compliance records
-Support payroll inputs, HRIS management, and benefits administration
-Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and process improvements
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-5-10 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
